Governor’s office looking for Interns from ALL MAJORS!

Employer Name:  New York State Governor’s Office  (Offices in Albany and New York City)

Job Description: We’ve got a lot of exciting work in the Governor’s office and we are looking for a few outstanding interns to assist us with the Governor’s initiatives. Interns will be briefed and asked to do thorough research and prepare concise reports or policy memoranda. We also keep a close eye on the press cycle to see what’s important to the people of New York. To that end, our interns will read and summarize press stories and keep us abreast of the issues. These internships are unpaid and require a time commitment of at least 12 hours a week.

Qualifications: Recent graduates, graduate students, and exceptional undergraduate students of all majors are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 3.0+ GPA, involvement in extracurricular activities, and interest in public service preferred.
