Assistant School Business Manager

 Seeking dynamic individual  with comprehensive knowledge of budgeting practices and expense/revenue monitoring, thorough knowledge of accounting methods and techniques to resolve financial problems, experience with costs analysis, purchasing, and inventory control; familiarity with financial and student information management software; supervision and evaluation experience and ability to present data and reports clearly in both written and oral formats.  Candidates must meet civil service requirements and are subject to the civil service exam process.  Min. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Bus. Admin, Bus. Mgmt, Org. Mgmt, Accounting or related field and at least 2 yrs. exp. in cost analysis, budget preparation, accounting, purchasing or operations mgmt. which includes supervisory exp. OR an Associate’s Degree in Bus.  Admin.,

Bus. Mgmt, Org. Mgmt, Accounting or a related field and at least four (4) years of exp. as stated above OR:

 HS Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience as stated above.
