Delmar Place, an Assisted Living community, is seeking an experienced full-time Controller, who will report to the Executive Director and the Owners.
Primary responsibility is for bookkeeping, working closely with all staff to meet the needs within the framework of departmental policies and procedures.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles, accounting techniques and procedures are all required.
Duties include: invoice processing and payment, preparation of financial statements and budget reports, processing of receipts and bank deposits, resident billing, assisting with all aspects of employee benefits, processing time punches and payroll.
A Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting and 2 years’ experience in business or accounting, or an Associate’s Degree and 5 years’ experience in business or accounting.
