The Teaching Fellows Program is a cohort of dynamic, hard working professionals who are passionate about public education reform and are interested in moving into the classroom. The program offers Fellows a paid, full-time position with benefits, working in the classroom alongside experienced teachers and school leadership as they gain the expertise to become a Lead Teacher. Candidates only need a Bachelor’s degree, and no prior teaching experience is required.
